How long does it take to receive the order?

Please note that we require 1 to 2 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, For the USA, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, the estimated delivery time is between 3 to 7 business days. TheraCup carries a worldwide warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase.If the product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship or design, the company will repair or replace the product,or necessary components for free within 1 year.This warranty excludes:

1. Has not been properly used for the intended purpose and in the manner described in this manual.

2. Repairing , modifying , and maintaining the TheraCup without authorization.

3. Defects or damage caused by labor services provided by people other than the company.

4. Deterioration of delivered product resulting from abnormal storage or safeguarding condition on the client's premises, and failure to provide the dated proof of purchase.

5.Out of warranty period or lack of valid invoice.
