We want you to love your TheraCup as much as we do. If there is any reason you are not satisfied with your TheraCup, you have 45 days to return it with a money-back guarantee, no questions asked.
1.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2.To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
3.We do not cover the shipping cost for the returned device. We advise that you hold onto your tracking information as we are not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.
4.Returns are accepted within the first 45 days from the date of purchase. If you are within your first 30 days, please reach out to our Customer Support Team via email at email@example.com.
5.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
